Ingredients
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3/4 lb strong cheddar
- salt
- pepper
- buttered breadcrumbs
Steps
- Boil elbow macaroni until tender. Drain and rinse. Place in a casserole dish.
- Heat milk with butter. Add strong cheddar and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour cheese sauce over macaroni. Top with buttered breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
